Statement Of Ethics Publication

Law Review of Public Sector  adheres to high ethical standards in the publication of scientific papers.

The Editorial Board is aware of the importance of preventing unethical practices in academic publishing. Authors, reviewers, and editors are jointly responsible for preventing any form of misuse in the publication process.

Authors must submit a Declaration of Originality when submitting a manuscript for publication, confirming the following:

  • that the submitted manuscript is the author’s/co-authors’ original work;
  • that all authors have read and approved the submitted version of the manuscript;
  • that the manuscript does not infringe the copyright or rights of any third party;
  • that the manuscript has not been submitted, is not under review, and has not been accepted for publication in another journal, and will not be submitted elsewhere until a final decision is made by the journal;
  • that it has not been previously published, under any title, in any scientific journal, and will not be republished in the same or any other language if accepted;
  • that proper academic citation rules have been followed;
  • that the research presented is original and all data and information are accurate and authentic;
  • that the authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute and identify itself as the original publisher of the submitted work, while retaining copyright.

Reviewers must adhere to the following principles:

  • manuscripts must be evaluated impartially, solely on the basis of scientific content, regardless of the author’s gender, race, origin, religion, nationality, or political beliefs;
  • the peer review process is anonymous, and reviewers must not disclose any information about the manuscripts they evaluate;
  • reviewers must communicate all relevant information related to the publication decision to the editor.

The Editorial Board must ensure the following:

All manuscripts are assigned to independent and anonymous reviewers and are evaluated solely on the basis of scientific merit, without any discrimination based on gender, race, origin, religion, nationality, or political beliefs of the author.
