The budget in a modern parliamentary state has a central place in the financial system and is a very important instrument in the distribution or redistribution of the social product. The state budget is a kind of annual income and expenditure plan of the state and its bodies. It is based on a series of principles, principles and functions of a fiscal, monetary, financial, economic, legal, political and social nature. It is characteristic that within the budget expenditures of the state, a very significant item, both in terms of its basis and the nature of the needs that are met, is defense expenditures.Downloads
