Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, including for commercial purposes, provided that the original author and source are properly credited.

Users are required to provide full bibliographic details of the original publication, including authors, article title, journal title, volume, issue, page range, and DOI. In electronic formats, users must also include a link to both the original article published in The Journal Law Review of Public Sector  and the applicable license.

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work (for example, depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that proper acknowledgment is given to its original publication in this journal.
