Open Access Policy

Law Review of Public Sector is an open-access journal. All articles are available for free download. Articles published in the journal are open-access articles distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

The Law Review of Public Sector supports Green Open Access. Green Open Access refers to the practice of depositing the accepted version of an author’s manuscript in a repository, making it freely accessible to everyone.

Benefits of open access for authors include:

  • Open-access articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, enabling broader dissemination and increased visibility.
  • Authors can easily comply with open-access mandates of their institutions or funding bodies, as articles are usually published under a Creative Commons license.
  • The final published version can be reused and deposited in repositories immediately.
  • In most cases, authors retain copyright to their work.
  • Articles are citation-tracked and included in major bibliographic databases.
  • There are no space limitations, allowing for extensive supplementary materials, including figures, datasets, and video content.

The journal allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and to use them for any lawful purpose.

Publication Fee

The journal does not charge any fees for submission or peer review.

Please note that for accepted manuscripts, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 35,000 RSD / 300 EUR applies.
