About the Journal

The Law Review of Public Sector  is an open-access journal published by the Institute for the Development of Public Sector Law, in cooperation with the Faculty of Social Sciences in Belgrade and the College of Vocational Studies “BUSINESS”, Nis. The aim of the journal is to encourage critical analysis and enhance the quality of legal periodicals and research by providing reliable and up-to-date information from domestic, comparative, and international law, as well as to serve as a forum for legal debate. The Editorial Board invites researchers to submit papers on a wide range of public sector law topics in Serbian or other languages. Authors may submit scientific articles, comments on legislative and judicial practice, legal discussions, and book reviews.

The journal is published twice a year, in June and December.

All submissions are subject to an anti-plagiarism check.
