Submitted scientific papers, after editorial evaluation, enter the review process of competent experts. Reviewers do not know the identity of the author, nor do the authors receive information about the reviewers. Based on the reviews, the editorial office makes a decision on publishing, correcting or rejecting the work.

The journal publishes only previously unpublished scientific and professional papers in the field of public law.

The journal is published twice a year, manuscripts are submitted by e-mail throughout the year to the address of the editorial board revijaprava@gmail.com.

 

Basic information about the letter and scope of work

Letter of the manuscript in Serbian. Papers may be published in English or another foreign language.

The length and font of manuscripts of articles is up to 30,000 letters (with white), not counting footnotes. The font is Cambria 12. Footnotes are entered in the size of the letter Cambria 10 and are used for citation. The size of the page is A5 with margins of 1.5 cm on all sides. The line spacing is 1.25. Subheadings are bold in lower case.

 

Article structure

Information about the author is placed at the beginning of the paper, written in the font used for the main text of the paper, Cambria 13. They include the name and surname of the author. After the surname, the footnote states the affiliation of the author and includes the institution in which the author is employed as well as the e-mail address of the author.

If the work was created within a certain project, it is necessary to state in the footnote the data on the number of the project, its manager and the institution that finances the project.

The title of the paper should indicate the content of the article as precisely as possible and make it easier to index and search the topic. The title is written centered, in capital letters.

The abstract (summary) must contain introductory considerations about the research, previous observations about the problem, applied methods, clear and concise results and an opinion about the impacts and implications of the discovery. The abstract contains only the most important details needed to understand the meaning of the article. The volume of the abstract is from 150 to 200 words, it is written in the language of the paper, Serbian and English in cursive.

Keywords should not contain words from the title of the paper, but essential words that are extracted from the content of the paper. Up to 10 keywords should be written. They are listed next to the abstract at the beginning of the paper.

At the end of the article comes the Literature (American Psychological Association) style is used in the citation.
