Statement of Ethics of Publication

The journal The Journal Law Review of Public Sector  respects the ethical publication of scientific papers.

The editorial board of the journal is aware of the importance of preventing abuse in publishing papers. Authors and reviewers, together with the editorial board, have to prevent the misuse of papers.

 

Authors must submit a Declaration of Authenticity when submitting a paper for publication in a journal, which includes confirmation of the following:

  that the article submitted for publication in the journal is exclusively my author's work / co-author's work,

  that all authors have seen and approved the manuscript submitted to the editors of the journal,

  that the article does not infringe the copyrights or rights of any third party,

  that the article has not been submitted for review, is not in the process of being reviewed or accepted for publication in another journal, while the editor of the journal not inform the author / s about the final decision on publishing the article,

  that it has not been published or published under any other title in any scientific journal and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in the same language or in any other language,

  that the rules of scientific methodology regarding the citation of other people's sources and allegations have been respected,

  that the research in the paper is original and that all the information given in the article is true and authentic,

  that the authors transfer the copyright in respect of the submitted work to the journal.

 

Reviewers must respect the following:

  that the work is impartially reviewed solely on the basis of scientific content and regardless of the author's gender, race, origin, religion, nationality or political values.

  that reviewers are anonymous, which includes the obligation of reviewers not to provide information about the work that is the subject of the review,

  that reviewers must pass on all relevant information related to the decision from the publication of the paper to the editor.

 

The editorial board must respect the following:

  that all papers are submitted to independent and anonymous reviewers and are evaluated by the editors on the basis of scientific content and regardless of gender, race, origin, religion, citizenship or political values of the author.
