THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF NEGOTIABILITY AS A LEGAL-ECONOMIC CATEGORY

What theoretical means and methods can be used to explain the phenomenon of dematerialization of securities? It is characteristic of securities that they represent, to a greater or lesser extent, depending on their type, transferable documents. Since these are documents that can be dematerialized, here we have tried to show the genesis of the incorporation and the consequent principles of securities that come from the application of this institute, with a consequent view of their disappearance or change as a consequence of the loss of the material holder of rights in circulation.Downloads
