LEGAL REGULATION OF INVENTORY IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Abstract

Given that the annual inventory of assets and liabilities of users of public funds is one of the basic obligations, the subject of this paper is the legal regulation of inventory in the public sector. All actions and procedures related to the annual inventory of assets and liabilities mainly relate to users of public funds who submit the annual financial report in accordance with the Regulation on Budget Accounting.
