Creation of law is the first stage of a unique legal process, it is first created, then interpreted and finally applied. Law creation methods are legally technical procedures by means of which social relations are given legal form. Legal form or form is everything that law adds to ordinary, nonlegal reality in order to turn it into legal reality. The main tasks and properties of legally technical methods are clarity, precision and flexibility of legal norms. Clarity means immediate comprehensibility. Precision is closely related to clarity. They must be precise in order to accurately determine the behavior of the subjects. Flexibility means their kind of flexibility, adaptability to specific life cases and their changeability.Downloads
