Abstract

Financial law represents a special branch of the legal system that regulates the financial activity of the state, public institutions and other entities in the field of public revenues, expenditures and financial control. The modern development of the market economy, the globalization of financial flows and the strengthening of the private sector have led to an increasingly intense intertwining of public law and private law elements in financial law. The aim of the paper is to analyze the legal nature of financial law and its position between public and private law. Special attention is paid to tax law, the budget system, banking operations, financial markets and the state's relationship with private financial entities. The paper uses a normative, historical and comparative method in order to analyze the modern tendencies of the development of financial law in the conditions of the digital economy and international financial integration.
