CHARACTERISTICS OF OBJECTS OF LAW AND THE STATE
Keywords:
objects of law, state, subjects of lawAbstract
Objects of law represent an important item for both the private and the public sector. Observing the relationship in which the subjects of law enter into the objects of law requires knowledge of the types and characteristics of the objects of law that can be encountered in one legal system. The success of the agents of legal relations also depends on the knowledge of the term state, even though concrete real legal relations are excluded from it, but it is very often encountered as an agent of legal relations.Downloads
